Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Purchases made before 11 a.m. of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. We will email a tracking code to you once your item(s) has been sent out. You can use this tracking code to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

We only ship to:
West Malaysia with FREE postage; It takes 3-5 business days.
East Malaysia with RM17 Shipping rate; It takes 7-14 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

To support the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19, our products are refundable with the return timeframe and returns are accepted if returned within 30 days after your order has been received (for local and international orders) in exchange for our Store Credit only. Only products in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged.

 All our beauty products, hygiene, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewellery, bags), headscarves (including inners), home and living products (including candles, diffusers) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. If you are unsure of the eligibility of returns of your product, please contact our team at hello@wanderhand.com. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date to return your item(s) for a refund to store credit for the order.

All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.

Wanderhand does not accept price adjustments.

Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Wanderhand reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchanges

 


If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Final Sale Policy


Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as-is.

Merchandise purchased online at a discount of 70% off or more, is Final Sale and may not be returned.


Shipping Errors &

Defective Product

 


In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund. We provide ONE free return for Malaysia. Kindly contact our customer service team here and they will assist you.

                         

Items Purchased

At Other Locations


Wanderhand items purchased at other online stores, marketplace or any other site selling Wanderhand merchandise may not be returned to us.

Return Instructions
How to return:

1. Just email us at hello@wanderhand.com to start the Return and Refund process. Fill in the original order number (#12345) and registered email address. Acknowledge the items you are returning.

2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely.

3. Print your return label and securely attach it to your parcel before dropping it off. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of loss during delivery to our warehouse.

4. Drop off your package at a PostCo registered locations of your choice.

5. Provide the tracking details to our team.

6. Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
