What are the benefits of your handwash formulation?

We formulated our products to eliminate bacteria on skin: it kills 99.9% of common harmful germs while keeping your hands hydrated. Other than that, it is long lasting as our handwash contains 20 times the dose than ordinary gel carry on solutions. Our ingredient combination makes your skin softer, giving you a fresh feeling and leaves your hands smelling great.



Does your formulation contain any type of NPRA banned ingredients?

Definitely NO. Our formulation does not include any of the harmful ingredients banned by the NPRA.



How can we guarantee the benefits of Wanderhand formulation?

We take the development of the effectiveness of our formulation very seriously. Our formulation has been tested and successfully passed the following tests:

Microbiological test: to guarantee our formula kills 99.9% of germs

Skin compatibility test: to guarantee that it is dermatologically tested

Stability test: to guarantee an expiration date of 2 years once manufactured

Hydration test: to guarantee that our formula moisturizes your hands



Do you test on animals?

Hell no! We adore animals.



Does the formula have an expiration date?

Yes, it does. Our formula has a 36 months expiration date after being manufactured, but we think that you’ll be using our handwash often so this won’t even be an issue.



General Product Questions

What should I keep in mind while using Wanderhand Mini Handwash?

Of course, it’s for external use and specifically for hands only but in case you forgot your shower gel, you can use our handwash as a substitute as well. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or redness develops. Avoid usage on broken skin.



How is your product being different from others currently on the market?

It’s a combination of easy travel packaging and better formula. Most handwash are intended to be used at the sink but not Wanderhand. Our handwash comes with a standard soft tube with flip cap for travelling purposes with it's pocket size. Our formulation is made from a blend of high-quality ingredients which leaves a fresh yet hydrating feeling on your hands. It’s easy to use while travelling and guarantees an enjoyable experience of keeping your hands happy at all times.



Can your product packaging be recycled?

Yes please! Our mini handwash packaging is made of HDPE plastic which can be recycled under the plastic category #2 of most curbside recycling programs. The packaging box is made of Art Card which can be discarded in the brown recycling bin for paper recycling.



Hand Hygiene

Is it better to clean your hands using alcohol product or soap and water?

Although hand sanitizers are not as effective when hands are visibly dirty or greasy, washing your hands with soap & water would be a better solution. Also check cdc recommendations.

Can I use Wanderhand multiple times a day?

Indeed, you can. Especially at key moments, such as before eating, after using the restroom and after touching objects that are frequently touched by others.



When should I wash my hands?

  • Before, during, and after preparing food
  • Before eating food
  • Before and after caring for someone who is sick
  • Before and after treating a cut or wound
  • After using the toilet
  • After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet
  • After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
  • After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
  • After handling pet food or pet treats
  • After touching garbage
  • Please use it every time before sleep



Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship throughout Malaysia but we are working to go abroad in the near future. Pray for us!



How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?

For delivery in major cities, it usually takes two (2) days to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 3-5 days. However, we will monitor the status daily in order to ensure that you will receive the items faster than you can imagine.



What should I do if my parcels have not been delivered after the given time frame?

You may report to us via Whatsapp +6011-23665254 and provide us with the name of the receiver. We’ll revert to you ASAP. Or you can contact customer support - contact our support team via email at support@wanderhand.com for assistance.



What is the worst damage reported on a parcel?

We have ensured that the flip cap is tightened well so that the liquid will not leak. But if things go wrong, do let us know and we'll replace the damaged goods for you. So far, only box damage has been reported which we have already taken steps to address this issue to protect future shipments.
